Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

 Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at shipping@steamretreat.com.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should note it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos to returns@steamretreat.com , and we will assist you as necessary based on the damage.

Small Parcel

  • Our processing time for in-stock items is approximately 2-3 days after the order has been placed. This means that the product won’t be shipped out or available for pickup until after the order has been processed

    Large Items (Hot tubs, Saunas, etc.)

    • Our processing time for in-stock items is approximately 1-2 weeks after placing the order. Please get in touch with us for Backyard Deliveries as soon as possible to prevent additional delays

    Aleko:

    Shipping: Most orders are processed within 12-24 hours. Orders are now delivered 7 days a week! Orders are not shipped on holidays or weekends. Some shipping and delivery delays can occasionally occur. Typical packages arrive in 3-5 business days.

    Returns: 30-Day Money Back Guarantee At ALEKO, we stand by every product we sell. We will do everything we can to make you happy with your purchase. Still, if for some reason you're not satisfied within the first 30 days after receiving the product, we will refund your money (excluding return shipping & handling charges).

    Cancellation Policy All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we cannot do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

    Cancelation is free if you cancel your order before it has been packed and shipped. (Applies for all orders, including LTL)

    If you cancel your order after it has been picked and shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation must be treated as a return with all applicable fees. (Applies for all orders, including LTL)

    Orders  refused at delivery will be assessed for all applicable fees, including the return cost of shipping and a potential 15% restocking fee.

    Dundalk Leisurecraft:

    All purchases of Dundalk Leisurcraft products are final. No returns accepted.

    Enlighten Sauna:

    Shipping: Our shipping department inspects and tests every product before shipment to guarantee customer satisfaction. On average, it takes about 2 to 14 business days for our warehouse to process an item and have it ready for shipment. In the instances of a custom order or large custom order, it could take up to 21 business days to process the item. Under all circumstances, we provide tracking numbers and signature confirmation for ALL ORDERS

    Returns: Enlighten Sauna stands behind every product we sell and want you to be satisfied with your experience with us, even in the return shipping process. Before sending any item/product out, every package goes through a quality check to ensure all products leave our warehouse in perfect shape. If you are unsatisfied with your Enlighten Sauna purchase, you can return it for replacement or refund. Enlighten Sauna must authorize all returns prior to return shipment, simply request and RMA (return merchandise authorization) within 90 days of your invoice. Customers are responsible for all shipping/handling costs in any circumstance. All returns

    must have a tracking number to show proof of return. Refunds will be issued in the same payment method as the original payment. It can take between 3 to 7 business days for the payment to be credited back to you from Enlighten Sauna.

    If you received missing or damaged merchandise, please notify Enlighten Sauna within 48 hours of delivery in order for the issue to be resolved. Damaged items need to be kept in original packaging and our shipping department will arrange for the damaged product to be picked up. Always save some sort of confirmation (tracking number, PRO number, or any sort of receipt) to obtain a full refund or exchange. If you are not completely satisfied with your new product simply return the merchandise with your invoice and we'll be 100% happy to offer a replacement, exchange, or refund providing the product is in new condition (was not used for sweating even once).

    Golden Design, Dynamic, Maxxus Saunas:

    Cancellation and Return Policy Buyer may cancel and return the goods to Seller, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy. Buyer  shall assume all risk of loss associated with the return as well as shipping, handling, restocking and other  fees, costs and expenses as described in this policy. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase  and all returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery.  Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any  owing until such time as Seller a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Sellers  discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage. All refunds will be provided within 5 business days  once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage.  All returned goods must be in their original packaging. Seller may refuse to refund all or any portion of any  payment, or cancel payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and  conditions of this policy. 

    Shipping, Handling and Restocking Fees All cancelled orders and/or returned goods shall be subject to the following: a) storage fees and costs  associated with routing the goods; b) handling and restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase for each  sauna; c) all shipping costs to and from the Seller, and; d) a return merchandise authorization (RMA)  number provided by Seller. Buyer’s failure to obtain the RMA number shall result in Seller not accepting  any returned shipment and Buyer paying all costs and fees. All such costs and fees as determined by Seller  shall be paid by Buyer to Seller upon demand by Seller.

    Fee Chart:

    1) New. Must be original packaging. Never opened. 

       a. Original outbound charge (Flat rate shipping on price sheet). 

       b. Return inbound charge (120% of outbound amount).

    2) New. Must be original packaging. Opened, assembled, never used.

       a. Original outbound charge (Flat rate shipping on price sheet). 

       b. Return inbound charge (120% of outbound amount). 

       c. 20% restocking fee.

    3) Opened, assembled, and used.  a. No return accepted.

    Additional Shipping Charges:

    1) Change of address charge:

       a. Same city and freight terminal ($85.00)

       b. Different city and different freight terminal ($150.00 and up)

    2) Redelivery charge:

       a. $95.00 for 2nd attempt

       b. $150.00 for 3rd attempt

    3) Storage charge: 

       a. $125.00 per day, after the 3rd day at the destination terminal. 

    SunRay:

    Return Policy: You can return any item purchased from SunRay saunas within 30 days from the shipping date when it leaves the warehouse if the item is brand new and uninstalled. The item should be in its new and original condition (including packaging, manuals, accessories, original crate, etc.). Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the time the return is received at our warehouse. Due to the high risk of damage when shipped back to our location, you must package the product the same way you received it including any shrink wrap, tape, and form. This will help prevent damages back to us. Damaged packages shipped back to us due to poor packaging may result in a restocking fee of up to 25%.
    The customer must pay all costs related to original shipping and return shipping even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15%.

    Defective Products Policy: Please open and inspect all items once they arrive. You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any broken or defective items. If you receive a broken or defective product please contact SunRay Saunas at 1.800.976.5530 Defective or broken items will be replaced or repaired at no charge once we receive notification of the defect or damage. After 30 days, any broken or defective items will be covered under our standard warranty policy which can be found under our Terms and Conditions. 

    Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within 48 hours if the order has not been shipped yet.  Most orders are normally shipped out within 24 hours. If you cancel the order after the order has been shipped out, you will be charged for the original and return shipping charges and any re-consignment fees imposed by the trucking company. 

    All orders that are canceled will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed.

    Ice Barrel:

    Shipping Policy:

    1. Your Ice Barrel ships through UPS or FedEx via the LTL freight division. Shipments are typically processed and shipped 5-10 days from the order date. All add-on accessories are shipped with the barrel, unless purchased separately. If purchased separately they will ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
    2. Residential (house): Package will be dropped on the property.
    3. Residential Apartments: Package will be left in the shipping room or with the front desk. Finding apartments can sometimes be challenging for delivery drivers. Please include as much detail as possible in the “order notes” section during checkout.
    4. Private Residences: Package will be left on the property. If access is denied, the package will be left at the gate or with security.
    5. Commercial: Package will be dropped on the property.

    Return Policy:

    If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we got you covered!

    1. If your product arrives damaged, we will ship you a new product at no cost.
    2. You can return the product for a refund less restocking fees within 30 days of delivery. Return and restocking fees of 30% apply. The restocking fee covers return shipping, cleaning, and repackaging of the product. The product needs to be in its original condition and shipped with the original packaging to be accepted. If the product is not in its original condition and packaging it will NOT be accepted.

    Return Process:

    1. Please contact returns@icebarrel.com for a return shipping label within 30 days of delivery.
    2. Shipment will be scheduled for pickup within 2-5 days of the label being sent. A party must be present for pickup.
    3. Once the product is received it will be inspected, if the return is accepted a refund will be issued within 1-2 weeks. The original payment method will be refunded less the 30% restocking fee.
